DO my ride credits expire?
Your credits do not expire, but they do have the potential to grow in value should our prices experience an increase.
Are my ride credits transferable?
Yes, you can transfer ride credits to other members of our platform. (They must create a membership to receive ride credits.)
Can I buy More RIde credits?
Monthly members have the ability to purchase additional ride credits at a discounted rate dependent upon the membership level.
WHat is the value of one ride credit?
One ride credit is equal to $100 towards ride or hourly rental reservations.
Are ride credits return/exchangable?
We do not accept returns or exchanges of ride credits; however, they can be used for other purchases within your membership portal.
How far can i travel?
We currently offer travel up to 300 miles from zip code 20187. That roughly encompasses NY to NC. (Yes, we will take you to the Outer Banks for vacation.)
